Clarification needed
CONSIDERABLE confusion appears to have arisen over whether the Conservatives’ proposed 20mph speed limits in parts of the city would be rigorously enforced.
If so drivers would be prosecuted at 24mph.
Clarification is needed from the Association of Chief Police Officers before the election so that voters can decide this issue on an informed basis.
