EASTLEIGH council has done it again.
They are going to build on a green space on the edge of the borough but this time it’s going to be for retail or office or general commercial use.
It’s about time they answer some questions. Who advises them on nature and conservation?
Botley park golf course had lots of wildlife and I am sure Stoneham Park has plenty too. It clearly states there is plenty of wildlife on the South Street site too.
Why do we need retail on the edge of the borough as just down the road is the town centre.
Why not build on the opposite side of the road along side the railway line or is it not part of the borough or owned by the council?
