Where has our foreign aid money gone?
WHAT is happening to foreign aid?
£12 billion this year, £5 billion stockpiled.
Over the holidays we were bombarded with begging advertisements on TV pleading for monies to provide clean drinking water.
Surely the first priority of any aid is pure water followed by good sanitation?
Over the years where has all the money gone?
