THE Daily Echo recently asked whether Camilla was the right person to launch the new liner Victoria.
May I suggest a far better person or persons to perform this act. Two lovely young ladies who bear the name of Queen Victoria's children, Beatrice and Eugene, the Duke of York's daughters.
They are far better representatives of the Royal Family, being born into it, rather than getting there through a second marriage.
Like William and Harry, these two grandchildren of the Queen are the future and would be far less controversial than the current choice to name the liner.
