I WOULD like to thank those people who stopped and helped me when my lovely, big dog Kip became very ill and collapsed unconscious in Bitterne Precinct on November 19.
The staff of Pampered Pets were very kind and very special thanks go to the lady who stayed with me while we waited for Beech House vet clinic to send a team to help Kip and get him to some immediate medical attention.
She also came home with me to make sure I was ok after what was a very frightening experience. Thankfully Kip is now home and slowly recovering.
