GORDON Brown, it seems, is backing plans to allow doctors to remove organs from the dead for use in transplant operations.
Religious groups will be among those who may contest such a move, and rightly so.
I for one, don't want my organs removed for I believe in life after death - and who's to say I'm wrong - Gordon Brown?
No way, that's my decision, no one else's. Doctors should not automatically be allowed to remove the organs of the dead without permission, and this is what it all boils down to!
TERESA RUMSEY, Lymington.
