LAST May, I wrote to Southampton Council complaining about a pot-hole on the corner between St. Denys Hill and Thomas Lewis Way and it was 'logged this onto our database (enquiry 66833) for the Highways Team to action'. Guess what? It's still there.
It reminds me of the Max Boyce song back in the 1908's when he sings Happy Birthday to a hole in the road, but that was funny, this isn't.
