Can I congratulate everyone involved in the Remembrance Service in Totton today. I think it was the largest parade I have seen in my almost twenty years on the Town Council.
It was a great pleasure to see so many of our young people marching, I think there must have been around 1000 people at the service and during the two minutes silence you could have heard a pin drop.
Thank you to all the people of Totton who helped raise the money to have the names of the Fallen engraved on the memorial and thank you all for your support for our troops who are doing important and dangerous work around the world, Well done Totton.
Cllr Di Brooks, Totton Town council
