I NOTE that the judge in the case of Vincent Tabak has said that the terms of his life sentence mean that he cannot be considered for parole for at least 20 years.
In the event that he actually remains in one of Her Majesty’s hotels for that long he could be just 53 when set free.
Perhaps we should listen to the parents of his victim Jo Yeates and consider capital punishment for him, as the Government is not abiding by the promise made when capital punishment was abolished to keep convicted murderers inside for the rest of their miserable lives.
