Window marks ship

WITH reference to Keith Hamilton’s interesting feature on Henry V’s ship Grace Dieu (Daily Echo May 15) I wonder whether your readers are aware there is a stained glass window depicting the ship at the Church of the Ascension, Thorold Road, Bitterne Park.

The church is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am to 2.30pm.

JILL STARKS, Southampton.

The remaining hull & this widow would/should be in the Sea City Museum.
