WITH reference to the letter from Jacqueline Pye regarding Shieldhall, first may I thank her for her suggestions, but I also would like to correct a statement.
Shieldhall does have a valid passenger certificate and has done so since April of this year and we have a full programme of excursions that can be accessed by our website shieldhall.co.uk.
Regarding the suggestion regarding weddings on board, we are an operational ship sailing registered in Britain and as such, we are not allowed to conduct weddings on board.
You may recall that this was one of the reasons given for Cunard re-flagging their ships away from the UK.
Hopefully Jacqueline will come and sail with us this year.
