IN YOUR column Britain and the World (Daily Echo, June 29) it mentions that we receive a £3 billion rebate from the EU, something UKIP never refer to!
I only suggest the following as being tongue in cheek, but if we had joined the single currency, the other EU members would be bailing ‘us’ out. Instead we have one of the worst debts in the entire world and a failing banking system.
