WHILE out walking the dogs, my boyfriend pointed to something moving on the path.
To my surprise it was a budgie, happily pecking around on the floor without a care in the world.
We carefully caught him and called Second Chance, who lent us a cage and gave us some food for him until we found his owner.
If you have lost your budgie or know of anyone who has lost one, please call 07792 376226.
I must say we have already grown quite fond of this little bird and we are very concerned that there are people out there that would just want a free budgie.
So we would like proof that you own the bird, with photos, or you must accurately describe its colouring so we can reunite the budgie with its rightful owner.
