CYCLISTS need helmets and bells and lights.
I am amazed by intelligent people who say not.
Any bare-headed cyclists in the Olympics ?
I agree that cyclists should be given a wide space when overtaking, but as a powered vehicle on the road they need to be safe.
My heart sinks when I see a child or anyone else without a helmet.
I am pro cycling but safety first.
