Focus and commitment to creating a caring environment

Quilley School of Engineering has been undergoing much change over the past 5 years. This positive and continual improvement has been recognised with the award of “Most Improved School” which Quilley won in 2009. In 2010 Quilley was placed within “Top 200 most improved schools” (based on 2007-2010 results and compared against 3,127 secondary schools nationally). These awards have been won due to our focus and commitment to creating a caring environment where students are secure and in which their educational, moral, physical and personal welfare have been developed.

Quilley School of Engineering is conveniently situated in the heart of Eastleigh, between Barton Peveril College and Eastleigh College. The school’s curriculum is underpinned by its Engineering specialism which provides a strong emphasis on Science, Technology, English and Maths. In addition, we work with numerous business partners who help us deliver our curriculum in creative and innovative ways.

If you would like to learn more about a school that is warm, welcoming and approachable and at the same time - inspiring, stimulating, forward-looking and challenging, do come and see us.

Performance:
“Quilley School of Engineering promotes a culture of high expectations of students, staff and the role of the school within the community. Our emphasis is to open up opportunities for all our students, to allow them to become confident citizens, taking their chosen place in a changing society. We pride ourselves in the fact that our students are our best ambassadors: hard-working, respectful and aspirational for themselves and the school.”
Richard Kelly
Headteacher
