Business Works, in association with Trethowans Solicitors, returns to the 4-star Novotel Hotel, in the heart of Southampton.

Now in its sixth successful year, Business Works invites businesses large and small across the region to showcase their company to a wide, influential audience.

Organisers are delighted to welcome keynote speaker for Business Works 2016, Elaine Holt, executive vice president guest experience of Carnival Cruises with her speech “Standing out from the crowd”.

Elaine will share how Carnival stand out from the crowd through their approach to customer service, their branding and positioning against their competitors and also share why Southampton is a good place to be in business. In an expanding tourism and leisure sector Carnival play a major part in bringing visitors to the city.

Our second keynote speaker is Carl Churchill, managing director of NetPay Solutions Group. Carl will deliver his speech "Mind the gap - finding that USP".

Business Works aims to give firms a competitive advantage, just when they need it most, with the opportunity to meet face to face with a targeted audience of business leaders and decision makers.
