A HUGE cast of enthusiastic performers have followed the yellow brick road as Winchester School of Performing Arts (WiSPA) staged The Wizard of Oz.
Bethany Williams made a fine Dorothy, with Somewhere Over The Rainbow showing off her sweet voice.
Other notable performances included Nyema Kalfon as the Lion and Emma Wedgwood as the Scarecrow.
Emily Welch was a great Wicked Witch of The West, with a mean cackle that got the audience booing.
And Jon-Joe Flynn, Rosa Tallack and Emma Humphrey as gatekeeper, wizard and Glinda respectively, added extra sparkle.
Tin Man Lily Percival, dancing with junior ‘hearts’ across the stage, complete with twirling umbrellas, was a real highlight, while even the youngest thighslapping cow girls and tap dancing chickens did their bit with gusto.
