MUSIC, theatre , comedy and upcoming artists are all on offer in a packed new autumn season from Ashcroft Arts Centre in Fareham .

Comedy fans should snap up tickets quickly as top acts Russell Kane and Harry Hill have already sold out.

Award-winning comic Andi Osho is on tour with her second stand-up show and the fabulous and energetic Frisky and Mannish return as a Christmas treat with their latest show Extra Curricular Activities.

There is also a new series of Avalon comedy nights, a chance to see the next big thing now. See comedy stars of the future including Carl Donnelly (Mock the Week, Dave’s One Night Stand, Russell Howard’s Good News), Matt Forde (a writer for 8 of out 10 Cats and Stand-Up For The Week), the hilarious Wittank, and this year’s Edinburgh favourites and Chortle Award nominees Peacock and Gamble.

Penguin is a spectacular theatre experience for the young and young at heart, based on the award-winning book by Polly Dunbar. Pinocchio will also delight the little ones.

Former Poet Laureate Andrew Motion also returns to the Ashcroft with Silver, his eagerly awaited sequel to Treasure Island in October.

Josephine Tewson, one of Britain’s most loved comedy actresses, is keeping up appearances with an evening of chat and memories in November.

Guitar legend and next generation keyboard wizard Gordon Giltrap and Oliver Wakeman join forces in an evening of beautiful compositions, wit and charm.

Ben Waters, who has been described by band leader and TV presenter Jools Holland as one of his favourite piano players of all time, presents humorous and original compositions in December.

Expect a passionate performance from Flamenco guitar virtuoso Juan Martin and The Asian Blues with Aziz, former guitarist for The Stone Roses and Ian Brown.
