PCSO Mark HUMBLE
I have been a Police Community Support Officer in Harefield/Townhill Park for over 2 and half years. I can honestly say that it has been the most challenging, stressful and fulfilling job I have had. Through out my 30 odd years I have been a supermarket manager, labourer, admin assistant, pizza delivery boy and zoo keeper. All of which I believe have contributed to my life experience needed to deal a wide variety of situations. Being a PCSO means you have to deal with a wide variety situations and problems. This can be teaching children in school about not speaking to strangers to complex neighbour disputes. Each have their own challenges but both can often reap real rewards in a focused community level. I count myself lucky that I love my job and would reccomend anyone wanting to be a PCSO to go for it.
