Savills created the list from Land Registry data based on average second-hand sales over 10 years up until December 2023.

Additionally, the estate agents only included anything that had a sample of 10 or more sales over the period.

The most expensive streets were spread quite far across the Eastleigh local authority area, with the civil parish of Chandler's Ford having the two most expensive.

Hocombe Road was just shy of an average sale price of an eye-watering £1 million whilst Lakewood Road was at more than £960,000.

Additionally, the furthest one away from Eastleigh itself was Sylvan Lane in Hamble-le-Rice at an average sale price of more than £850,000.
